What are 3 words people use to describe you?

Funny, Responsible, Detailed

What are you most grateful for?

Meeting my wife.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Luck is where preparation meets opportunity.

What life lesson did you learn the hard way?

Cars are depreciating assets and stocks are appreciating assets. My parents had invested a small amount of money in Qualcomm in the early 90s.  I wanted a new car towards the end of high school and convinced my parents to sell my 100 shares of QCOM in mid-1998 (sold at less than $4 a share).  The stock went on to split 8-1 and was trading at over $10 a share even after the tech bubble burst.

Casey began his professional career as a mortgage planner for InteliSys Real Estate in Mission Viejo, California. After spending time at Wachovia Securities, he joined Guinet & Nguyen Wealth Advisory Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in January of 2008.

Casey earned a degree in finance/real estate from San Diego State University in 2004. He continued his education in the field by completing the requirements to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2010.

Casey lives in North Tustin with his wife, Katie, and their daughters, Taylor and Blake. In his free time, Casey enjoys playing hockey, going to concerts, and spending time with his family. In the summer, the family enjoys trips to the Colorado River.
